# ABELANA GAME RESERVE – RATES 2025

## ABELANA RIVER LODGE

### **\*Special SA Resident Rate from R4345 per person per night** This offer is exclusive to South African residents – proof of ID will be requested on booking (valid until further notice)

### **1st January 2025 – 31st December 2025**

- R 11 215-00 per person per night sharing.
- 50% per person single supplement.
- Age restrictions for children may apply in relation to bookings and activities.
- A per person per night community levy of R135-00 will be levied as part of your reservation and is entirely used for community benefit.

### Abelana River Lodge – General Terms and Conditions 2025

There are no gate entry fees payable at Abelana Game Reserve.

**Rate Includes:**

- Accommodation in air-conditioned suites with en-suite indoor and outdoor shower.
- All meals and teas/coffees.
- Morning and Afternoon/evening game drive with qualified guide, optional walk offered after breakfast.
- Filtered water provided.

**Rate Excludes:**

- All drinks.
- Any curio purchases.
- Any gratuities.
- Community levy of R135 per person per night.

**General:**

- Children 12 years and older are considered adults and pay the applicable tariff.

## ABELANA SAFARI CAMP

### **1st January 2025 – 31st December 2025**

R3305 per person per night sharing. Minimum 2 night stay and minimum 2 guests per stay.

### Abelana Safari Camp General Terms and Conditions 2025

Minimum 2-night stay for all bookings at Abelana Safari Camp, either set departures.

There are no gate entry fees payable at Abelana Game Reserve.

**Rate Includes:**

- Accommodation in Meru tents with en-suite indoor shower.
- All meals and teas/coffees.
- Morning walk and afternoon/evening game drive with qualified guide.
- Filtered water provided.

**Rate Excludes:**

- All drinks.
- Any curio purchases.
- Any gratuities.
- Transfers to and from the reserve.
- Community levy of R135 per person per night.

## General Terms and Conditions

**Deposits**

- No reservation is secure without a deposit
- A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation is required within 7 days of
  confirmation for individuals (FIT’s) and within 14 days of confirmation 25% is required for a group to secure a reservation. For reservations, less than 30 days prior to arrival for individuals and groups, full payment is required.
- The balance of the accommodation account is to be settled 30 days prior to arrival or, if the period is less, full payment will apply.
- **For groups, we require a 25% deposit and final commitment to confirm the reservation 90 days prior to arrival**

Cancellation fees for Individual Guests

- Abelana Game Reserve reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to any
  direct costs incurred by it in attending to the reservation plus a 10% administration fee for any individual bookings cancelled more than 42 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival
- In the event of a cancellation, less than 42 days and more than 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the full account will be charged
- In the event of a cancellation, less than 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full account will be charged (100%)
