Deposits

• No reservation is secure without a deposit
• A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation is required within 7 days of
  confirmation for individuals (FIT’s) and within 14 days of confirmation 25% is required for a group to secure a reservation. For reservations, less than 30 days prior to arrival for individuals and groups, full payment is required
• The balance of the accommodation account is to be settled 30 days prior to arrival or, if the period is less, full payment will apply
• For groups, we require a 25% deposit and final commitment to confirm the reservation 90 days prior to arrival

Cancellation fees for Individual Guests:

• Abelana Game Reserve reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to any
  direct costs incurred by it in attending to the reservation plus a 10% administration fee for any individual bookings cancelled more than 42 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival
• In the event of a cancellation, less than 42 days and more than 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the full account will be charged
• In the event of a cancellation, less than 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full account will be charged (100%)Payment details

• All rates are based on per person sharing per night.
• Rates are subject to change based on circumstances outside our control. Terms &
  Conditions apply.
• Children are welcome at Abelana River Lodge, children 6 year and younger are not
  permitted on game drives and pay 50% of the full adult rates
• Children 12 and older pay the full adult rates
• No triples rooms are not available at Abelana Safari Camp
• Triple rooms at River Lodge are limited and subject to rooms been available and
  overall occupancy as the lodge only accommodates a max of 40 people.
• Rollout beds are available for triple rooms to accommodate one extra child at
  Abelana River Lodge.
• Triple rooms at Abelana River Lodge are on request only.
• Abelana Game Reserve does not offer “caregiver”, “childminder”, “nanny”,
  “governess”, or “day-care provider” services.
• For self-drive guests, you need to announce your arrival 30 min prior for Abelana
  River Lodge North Gate entrance via whats app +27 66 180 7060 for security
  reasons.
• For self-drive guests, you need to announce your arrival 45 min prior for Abelana
  Safari Camp South Gate entrance via whats app +27 66 180 7060 for security reasons.
