“Having known Bryan for many years I am excited about his involvement in the Abelana Game Reserve project,” says MTH Lodge Holdings and Abelana CEO Ian Beauchamp. “He is committed to adding value to the Abelana brand and has an excellent reputation in the tourism industry. ” Bryan is impressed by the potential Abelana offers. “I’ve been fortunate enough to experience and contribute to a diverse range of brands in my career, working in many different positions from reservations to sales and marketing. I’ve been a part owner of a tour operation and a sole proprietor, so I have a broad understanding of this industry,” he says. “Now I have the chance to contribute meaningfully to a brand-new product that has incredible credentials and unlimited potential, so these are very exciting times and I’m delighted to be working with the Abelana team,” he adds. “Abelana Game Reserve reminds me of Botswana and South Africa combined, with stunning river frontage, massive baobabs, superb levels of accommodation together with great walking safaris and game drives. More importantly, Ian and his team are formidable industry players, and it is people who make lodges, not just bricks and mortar. I am looking forward to what the future holds.”
